Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate part-time worship leader (guitarist) with exceptional stage presence, high praise skills, and high energy to lead our worship services. The ideal candidate will have the ability to grow and develop a team of vocalists and musicians, creating an engaging and spiritually uplifting worship experience for our congregation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead worship services with high energy, exceptional stage presence, and an ability to engage the congregation in praise and worship.
• Coordinate and lead rehearsals.
• Actively recruit musicians and vocalists (We offer our team leaders bonuses based on growth performance activity)
• Cultivate and develop a team of vocalists and musicians, providing leadership and guidance to enhance the overall musical quality of the worship team.
• Collaborate with the pastoral team to plan and coordinate worship services, selecting appropriate songs and creating a worshipful atmosphere.
• Arrive for worship service call time at 9:30 am (10:00am Sunday service) to prepare and lead rehearsals with the worship team.

• A love for Jesus and respect for people and a passion for being a team player.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and an enthusiastic missional outlook for music's role in a congregational setting.
• Collaborative leadership skills to support the work of the worship team (staff and volunteers). Strong musical skills and the ability to lead and develop a team of vocalists and musicians.
• Proficient at guitar.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leading worship with high praise jumping and a vibrant stage presence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
